Before we start our interview about your career, could you tell us what you value the most about being a Micasso Baby Club member?

What I treasure most about being part of Micasso Baby Club is the opportunity to bond with my baby in a space that’s both nurturing and joyful. I’ll never forget our first Mini Mozarts class—Contessina was just 3 months old, and it was our first mom-and-baby activity out of the house. The cuteness overload was real!

It was such a beautiful experience to connect through music, and it gave me a sense of grounding during the whirlwind early days of motherhood. Beyond that, the community has been an incredible support system—a diverse, kind, and understanding group of parents all navigating the same stage of life. There’s something really comforting about knowing you’re not alone, especially in those moments when it feels like you’re figuring everything out for the first time.

2

Secondly, how has Contessina’s love for music developed since joining Micasso Baby Club?

At first, we didn’t think Conti was particularly musical—she was always very observant and curious, quietly soaking everything in. I now realize she was taking mental notes all along! She’s just turned one, and music has become a central part of her world. Her favorite toys are musical books—her absolute favorite is a Christmas carol one, and yes, we’re still listening to Jingle Bells every single day in April!

She also lights up when the Micasso soundtrack plays—it’s saved us more than once on long car rides or tricky nap times. Seeing how music brings her joy, comfort, and curiosity has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

3

Can you tell us about your role at Netflix and what you do in studio operations?

I lead the Studio Operations team in Madrid, our focus is managing stakeholders, resources, and ensuring our teams have the support they need to deliver world-class content. We work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and production teams to uphold high operational standards. By focusing on efficiency, innovation, and clear communication, we help create an environment where creativity can thrive at scale.

4

What inspired your journey into the entrainment industry?

Storytelling has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I loved music, and in school I was the one writing plays for my friends to perform. There was even a brief stint on stage in my teens! That passion turned into a calling when I realized I could build a career around the arts and entertainment world—one that blended creativity and operations. It’s been a winding path, but I wouldn’t change it for anything.

5

What studies and experiences have led you to this career?

I studied Events Management with a focus on Arts and Entertainment—first in Argentina (where I’m from), and later in the UK. I then spent eight years in London, working across the West End, film, and television. I quickly learned how creativity and operations can go hand in hand in a live environment with an audience, and how great storytelling often begins with strong collaboration behind the scenes or off-stage.

6

How has becoming a mother shaped the way you approach leadership and operations i n sich a fast-paced industry?

There are so many unexpected parallels in leadership and raising a child: both require empathy, patience, daptability, and the ability to stay calm in the chaos. I’ve learned to listen more deeply, to anticipate needs before they’re voiced, and to create space for others to grow. At work, I try to foster an environment where people feel supported and seen—just like I aim to do for my daughter. I’ve also become more decisive and focused; when time and energy are limited, you quickly learn to prioritize what truly matters. Motherhood has made me more human in the best way—and in an industry that moves fast and demands a lot, that humanity is what keeps me grounded and connected to my team.

7

How do you balance your demanding career at Netflix with your personal life and motherhood?

The art and science of work-life balance! I don’t think there’s a one-size-fits-all-formula. I’ve learned that it’s not about giving 100% to everything all the time—it’s about being intentional with where your energy goes. Some days feel chaotic, and that’s okay. But having a strong partner, a supportive work culture, and a community like Micasso Baby Club helps keep everything in perspective. I try to remind myself often: I’m doing my best, and that’s enough.

8

Is there any other advice you would like to add for the amazing community of parents juggling between professional and personal life who are reading you?

Be kind to yourself. Every parent is doing their best, even on the days when it doesn’t feel like it. There’s no perfect formula—just a series of small, loving decisions we make each day. Celebrate the wins, forgive yourself for the missteps, and lean into the beautiful mess of it all. You’re not alone.
