Rebecca Jenkins is a Paediatric Sleep Consultant & Breastfeeding Specialist and the founder of Maternal Mayhem; which was founded through her desire and passion to help families with all Breastfeeding and Sleep challenges. Offering services in Madrid and Worldwide.

She is a Mum to two Daughters, with her littlest Daughter being one of the youngest Micasso Members – starting Micasso’s Mini Mozart classes at just 4 weeks old! Her Daughters Breastfeeding and Sleeping successes inspired Rebecca to train as a Breastfeeding Specialist and a Sleep Consultant to help families in their time of need.

As a Paediatric Sleep Consultant Rebecca works with Parents whose Children (mainly Infants and Toddlers) have sleep challenges. Common sleep challenges include; difficulty falling asleep, waking multiple times throughout the night, resistant or short naps and waking too early in the morning. And as a Breastfeeding Specialist Rebecca helps Mums who are having breastfeeding/feeding challenges with their Baby. Common breastfeeding challenges include; difficult or painful latching, sore or cracked nipples, concerns over milk supply and weaning.

Rebecca says ‘Milk and sleep are fundamental to a Child’s health and well-being and in turn are fundamental to a Parent’s health and well-being. Being a professional in both Breastfeeding and Sleep is quite special as it allows me to apply my knowledge and experience across both fields when helping families with their specific challenges’.
